I.T. (Intuitive Ticketing)
All of our databases have had their contents wiped and some hackers are now demanding that we pay their ransom or else they're going to permanently delete all of our data!

I was playing solitaire at my desk (on my lunch break, of course) and it just completely froze up! I tried to refresh the game, but it keeps freezing! Please remedy this ASAP.

My very expensive mechanical keyboard had coffee spilled all over it and now it doesn't work anymore. Is there anything you can do about that?
Please map our entire network onto a graph to show how each component is connected. We've already prepared some of the files for you, but this will be a month-long project.
I think the office really needs its morale improved and a pizza party is just the thing we need! Talk to HR first, though.

The ability to have users would allow this ticketing system to really come alive and improve internal and cross-team collaboration.

We have a *very* angry customer that says Mitch, the IT technician, installed a virus on their computer after he came to service it because the customer said they didn't like Taylor Swift. Supposedly Mitch is a really big fan. Please contact the customer at your earliest convenience.
Can you please tell him to stop being so loud?
